Benjamin Lefler is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he currently practices in the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and public and private capital markets transactions.
Benjamin received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2020, where he was a Rubenstein Scholar. He was also a member of the University of Chicago Legal Forum and served as President of the Dallin H. Oaks Society. During law school, he was an intern in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah. In 2016, Benjamin graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Economics.
