Jacob Marsh is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  He currently practices with the firm’s litigation department.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Marsh served as a law clerk to the Honorable Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Marsh earned his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and awarded The Dean’s Prize and The Barenkopf Award.  Mr. Marsh served as articles editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.  Before law school, Mr. Marsh worked for a landscaper and small contractor in his hometown of Vancouver, Washington.  Mr. Marsh graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science.

Mr. Marsh is admitted to practice in the state of Colorado and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
