Andres James Martinez is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where his practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate finance and development.

Mr. Martinez has experience representing institutional lenders, investors and developers in the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the acquisition, construction and refinancing of hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family housing complexes, raw land and mixed-use projects located throughout the United States.

Mr. Martinez received his Juris Doctor in 2018 from Notre Dame Law School.  He also received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English, cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University in 2014.

Mr. Martinez is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado.
