Erin Morgan is an associate in the Washington D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She practices in the litigation department with experience in general commercial litigation and white collar defense and investigations.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Morgan served as a law clerk to the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Honorable John T. Nixon of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Prior to that, Ms. Morgan was a litigation fellow at AARP Foundation Litigation.
Ms. Morgan earned her law degree with honors in 2013 from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Morgan served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Benin, West Africa. She graduated from Harvard College in 2003 with a degree in History.
Ms. Morgan is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
