Dan Nadratowski is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
Mr. Nadratowski represents clients in a variety of disputes, including federal litigation, government investigations, and regulatory compliance. He has experience representing clients in in the automotive, technology, energy, healthcare, financial, and telecommunications industries. His representations have covered an array of substantive areas of law, including environmental, securities fraud, criminal fraud, employment, consumer protection, and complex commercial matters. Mr. Nadratowski also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in both Virginia and the District of Columbia in immigration and landlord-tenant matters.
Mr. Nadratowski graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Virginia School of Law. In law school, Mr. Nadratowski was the Special Projects Editor for the Virginia Law & Business Review and worked in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Virginia as part of the law school’s Prosecution Clinic.
Prior to law school, Mr. Nadratowski graduated with high honor from the Honors College at Michigan State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He subsequently worked as a consultant in the automotive industry.
Mr. Nadratowski is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
