BIOGRAPHY

Brooke Oki is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Washington, D.C. office where she currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Ms. Oki represents clients in complex commercial litigation, labor and employment matters, securities class actions, and white collar defense and investigations.  She maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Oki clerked for the Honorable George B. Daniels on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Before her clerkship, Ms. Oki was an associate at a New York based law firm.

Ms. Oki received her J.D. from Howard University School of Law in 2017, where she served as a Senior Staff Editor for the Howard Human and Civil Rights Law Review.  She graduated in 2014 from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Ms. Oki is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, the State of New York, and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
