White Collar Defense and Investigations Antitrust and Competition Litigation

BIOGRAPHY

Trisha Parikh is an associate attorney in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.

Her practice focuses on antitrust & competition and white collar defense & investigations. She has experience in a wide variety of matters including civil and criminal antitrust litigation, internal investigations, government investigations, complex commercial litigation, trade secret litigation, and securities litigation. Trisha also maintains an active pro bono practice and has experience representing clients in immigration asylum matters, federal and state habeas appeals, and constitutional impact litigation.

Trisha’s recent experience includes*: defending a former executive of a large corporation in a price-fixing conspiracy case in federal court, representing a pharmaceutical company in the opioids litigation in state and federal court, representing a technology company in trade secret litigation, representing a leading retailer in a state attorney general investigation, representing a financial institution in a securities class action in state court, representing a minor in an immigration appeal in the Ninth Circuit, and representing plaintiffs in a pro bono class action involving Sixth Amendment rights violations.

Trisha received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2017, where she was an Articles Editor for the Michigan Journal of Environmental & Administrative Law. While in law school, she was a student attorney for the Federal Appellate Clinic and Civil-Criminal Litigation Clinic, and was a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Fraud Section. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2013.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Trisha was an associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP in San Francisco, practicing in the Antitrust & Competition and White Collar Defense & Internal Investigations groups.

Trisha is a member of the State Bar of California. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
