Audrey Paul is a French qualified associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Restructuring and Reorganization, and Transnational Litigation Practice Groups.
Ms. Paul’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including matters relating to mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations, as well as commercial litigation and bank and insurance regulatory litigation.
Admitted to the Paris bar, Ms. Paul graduated from University Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne with a Masters’ degree in Business and Tax Law in 2009, and from University Paris XI – Paris Sud with a Bachelor of Arts in Law (LLB equivalent) in 2008. She also obtained a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in International Tax and Legal Strategy from HEC Paris in 2009.
She speaks fluent French and English.
