Silvia Peng is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she currently practices in the firm’s Corporate Department and is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups.  Her practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and public companies on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Peng earned her Juris Doctor from Yale Law School, where she served as an editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation.  She received her Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment.  Ms. Peng earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations, magna cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College.

Ms. Peng is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and State of New York.
