Zach Perron is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Mr. Perron’s practice focuses on the representation of banks and funds in commercial real estate financing transactions, including securitized, syndicated, and single lender mortgage and mezzanine loans (including construction, bridge, and permanent loans).

Mr. Perron received his Juris Doctor in 2017 from Duke University School of Law, where he served as a Lead Editor of the Alaska Law Review.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in finance from Fordham University in 2014.

Mr. Perron is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
