Nick Perry is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Perry’s practice focuses on a wide range of government contracts issues, including bid protests, contract claims and disputes, compliance counseling, and transactions. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he was an associate in the government contracts group of another law firm in Washington, D.C. Mr. Perry has represented clients as both protester’s counsel and intervenor’s counsel in numerous bid protests before the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the Court of Federal Claims (COFC). He also has experience representing contractors in litigation before the Boards of Contract Appeals and in government and internal investigations, and maintains an active pro bono docket that focuses on civil rights litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, and immigration matters.
Mr. Perry received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor on the Michigan Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Mr. Perry is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
