Jena Pollock is an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.  Her practice focuses on transactional matters involving M&A, private equity, corporate governance, and general corporate law matters. She represents private equity clients and their portfolio companies, as well as public and privately held companies in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other complex strategic transactions. Ms. Pollock also advises clients on securities matters, equity financings, and business formation and reorganization.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Pollock was an associate at Jones Day and clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Lorie S. Gildea of the Minnesota Supreme Court. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2017 from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Ms. Pollock received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota in 2012, graduating with high distinction.
