Alon Sachar is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. His practice focuses on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
In his pro bono practice, Mr. Sachar represents unaccompanied children in the U.S. immigration system and works with non-profit organizations in the Bay Area who serve underrepresented and at-risk communities.
Mr. Sachar earned his law degree from Stanford Law School.
Prior to pursuing a career in law, Mr. Sachar worked at the U.S. Department of State from 2006-2012. Mr. Sachar co-authored “A Path to Peace: A Brief History of Israeli-Palestinian Negotiations and a Way Forward in the Middle East” (Simon & Schuster, 2016) with former Senate Majority Leader and U.S. Middle East Envoy George J. Mitchell.
Mr. Sachar is admitted to practice in the State of California.
