BIOGRAPHY
Brad Schoenfeldt is a senior litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. His practice focuses on securities litigation, general commercial litigation, and white collar defense, and he has successfully represented both corporate clients and individuals in a number of complex matters.
Brad is a member of Gibson Dunn’s Securities Litigation Practice Group, and he is a co-author of the Practising Law Institute’s leading treatise on securities litigation entitled Securities Litigation: A Practitioner’s Guide.
He received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University in 2003, where he majored in Public Policy Studies.
Brad is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
