Jake Sherman

Associate Attorney

Jake Sherman is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson Dunn.

Jake represents clients in antitrust and securities matters, and has built experience defending against competitor, class-action, and government-enforcement lawsuits. He also maintains an active pro bono practice representing litigants and amici in civil rights appeals in state and federal courts across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Jake received his J.D. with Honors from Duke University School of Law in 2024. While at Duke, he was an Executive Editor of the Alaska Law Review and a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated in 2020.

Jake is a member of the New York bar.
