Roy Sim is an associate attorney in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Global Finance Practice Group.
Mr. Sim has experience in advising both borrowers and lenders on complex international cross-border finance transactions specializing in leveraged finance and syndicated lending. He also advises on restructuring, distressed investment and special situations transactions.
Mr. Sim received his LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 2019 as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He earned his LL.B. (First Class Honors) from King’s College London in 2011 and his law qualifications (PCLL) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013 with the Dean’s Letter of Distinction.
Mr. Sim is admitted to practice in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong. He speaks English and Mandarin.
