BIOGRAPHY

Hayley Smith is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (England & Wales) currently on secondment to the Hong Kong office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group.

Ms. Smith has broad experience of internal and regulatory investigations, commercial litigation and competition and antitrust matters. She trained in the London office of Gibson Dunn, during which time she spent 6 months on secondment to the firm’s Hong Kong office.
