BIOGRAPHY

Katie Rose Talley is a litigation associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Talley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Amy Coney Barrett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit prior to her confirmation to the Supreme Court. Ms. Talley completed her clerkship with the Honorable Amy J. St. Eve of the Seventh Circuit. She also clerked for the Honorable David C. Godbey of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Ms. Talley received her J.D. with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Chief Articles Editor for the Texas Law Review and the Managing Editor for the Texas Review of Law and Politics. Ms. Talley earned her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Howard Payne University, where she double majored in History and Political Science.

Ms. Talley is a member of the Texas bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
