Susan Vuernick is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of Gibson Dunn’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Ms. Vuernick represents global investment banks and other institutional lenders in the origination of complex mortgage and mezzanine debt, loan acquisitions, construction loans, loan modifications and related secondary market transactions. Ms. Vuernick’s experience includes securitized and syndicated debt across a wide range of real estate collateral, including hotels, casinos, commercial offices, shopping centers, skilled nursing facilities and self-storage facilities.
Ms. Vuernick received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 2010.
Ms. Vuernick is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
