Callie White is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Ms. White represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, asset management, joint ventures, real estate financing, preferred equity investments, and all aspects of construction and development.  Ms. White handles transactions for variety of asset classes, including hotels, condominium regimes, multifamily and residential developments, mixed-use projects, retail centers, office buildings, hospitals and industrial properties.

Ms. White counsels clients on a broad range of legal issues encountered in connection with the acquisition, financing, ownership and management of real estate assets, including due diligence, land use and entitlements, construction defects, mechanics lien claims, joint venture and special purpose entity matters, PACE financing, and contractual disputes arising in connection with real estate ownership and operations.

Ms. White earned her Juris Doctor in 2013 from Texas Tech University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree in 2009 from Texas Tech University. Ms. White is admitted to practice law in Texas. Most recently, Ms. White was recognized by Best Lawyers on its 2022 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America list.
