Gibson Dunn Assists with Preparation for Impact Case in Los Angeles Regarding Non-EMT Services

Gibson Dunn worked with NLSLA to work up an impact lawsuit against Logisticare, a nationwide provider of non-emergency medical transportation services, which has provided below-standard services and care to LA County residents since becoming the exclusive Medical provider. After a year of developing our claims and locating appropriate plaintiffs, the suit was filed last month in LA Superior. This team consisted of Adam Teitelbaum, Nathaniel Bach, and Corey Singer.
