Gibson Dunn Negotiates on Behalf of Not Impossible Labs

Attorneys at Gibson Dunn led by Mark Lyon recently worked on behalf of their client Not Impossible Labs to negotiate and finalize a patent licensing agreement with Immersion.  Not Impossible Labs is a research lab and content studio founded by Mick Ebeling.  The company’s singular focus is on changing lives for the better through the use of technology – including by making robotic arms for war victims in Africa and making vibratory vests for deaf musicians.  The new relationship with Immersion enables Not Impossible Labs to employ Immersion’s patented haptic technology in its vibratory wearables.  Further, the broad field of use and duration negotiated by Gibson Dunn attorneys allows Not Impossible Labs to operate with the creative flexibility it requires to continue to develop life-improving technologies for those in need.
