Washington, D.C. partner Elizabeth Papez was appointed as a public member of the Administrative Conference of the United States, an independent federal agency dedicated to improving the administrative process through consensus-driven applied research and providing nonpartisan expert advice and recommendations for federal agency procedures. The announcement was made on August 10, 2020.

Elizabeth Papez is a seasoned litigator and former U.S. Deputy Assistant Attorney General with substantial experience navigating complex government investigations and related litigation.  Her practice focuses principally on high-stakes antitrust, securities, and consumer protection matters with parallel civil regulatory and litigation exposure.
