San Francisco partner Aaron Briggs was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel, which is “an organization of leading corporate governance lawyers from the U.S. and Canada.” The election was announced on June 29, 2023.

Aaron Briggs works in the firm’s Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance Practice Group.  Aaron’s practice focuses on advising public companies of all sizes (from pre-IPO to mega-cap), with a focus on technology and life sciences companies, on a wide range of securities and governance matters.
