Daniel Nelson, William Scherman, Andrea Neuman and Peter Seley were named by The National Law Journal to its Top 50 Energy & Environmental Trailblazers list. Nelson was selected for his case management construct for environmental mass torts representations. Scherman was selected for his influence on FERC and related litigation and enforcement representations. Seley and Neuman were selected for employing a seldom-used federal statute to dramatically turn the tables in a $9.2 billion Ecuadorian environmental litigation fraud on behalf of Chevron.
