Gibson Dunn ranked among the top law firms in The American Lawyer’s 2025 Midlevel Associates Survey, which measures third-, fourth-, and fifth-year associates’ job satisfaction across 12 key areas.

We ranked #4 nationally, while four of our offices — Denver, Houston, Irvine (Orange County), and New York — earned the top spot in the survey. Our San Francisco and Washington, D.C. offices also ranked very highly.
