Global Competition Review Recognizes Gibson Dunn for Two Matters of the Year

At its annual GCR Awards, Global Competition Review named T-Mobile’s $26 billion acquisition of Sprint the “Matter of the Year,” in which Gibson Dunn was counsel to T-Mobile’s parent company Deutsche Telekom, and the US v Heritage Pharmaceuticals matter as the “Behavioural Matter of the Year in the Americas,” in which Gibson Dunn was counsel to Heritage Pharmaceuticals. The awards were presented on November 10, 2020.
