Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tax Associate to join our growing team in London.

Gibson Dunn’s International Tax Practice Group provides large multinational corporations, publicly traded and private companies, investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, partnerships, joint ventures and startups with state-of-the-art tax advice.  Our ongoing work with clients allows us to detect tax concerns early and to devise innovative and practical solutions for the best possible results.  By virtue of our diverse client base, we have developed deep capabilities in a variety of sub-specialties, including cross-border practice, litigation and administration representation, investment funds and general tax advice.

This role will be working with the global practice co-chair, Sandy Bhogal and Ben Fryer in London and with our tax teams based in the US, Paris and Munich.

Successful candidates will have experience in a top tier tax practice – with a cross-border experience on transactions or advisory mandates. Candidates must have a strong academic record, be hard working and be able to express complex tax matters clearly and succinctly.

We expect that candidates with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience will have the requisite experience needed for the position.
