Antoine Bécot is an associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and a member of the firm’s Tax and Real Estate practice groups.

Antoine Bécot has developed significant experience in corporate tax matters on behalf of national and international groups, advising on litigation, internal restructurings and the structuring of a wide range of transactions.

His practice includes acquisition and vendor due diligence for industrial clients and funds, structuring of domestic and international transactions, and assistance with tax audits and tax litigation.

Admitted to the Paris bar since 2023, he joined Gibson Dunn the year prior. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Tax Law with honors from the University of Rennes in 2020. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

He is fluent in English.
