BIOGRAPHY
Vesselina Dobreva is an English law qualified solicitor in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the Corporate Transactions team.
Vesselina earned her law degree with honours at King’s College London where she also completed a Masters in Competition Law.
She has a range of corporate transactional and general advisory experience, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Vesselina trained with a major international law firm, where she also completed corporate secondments to IHS Markit Ltd. and Oaktree Capital Management (UK) LLP in London.
