BIOGRAPHY

Séverine Gallet is of counsel in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she serves as a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Business Restructuring Practice Groups.

Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including joint ventures and private equity.

Séverine acts on behalf of French and international industrial corporations, from various industries, on matters relating to growth, cross-border operations and reorganizations or on behalf of investment funds and banks in connection with strategic investments and exit from their investments.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn in 2018, Séverine had practiced in several international law firms.

A member of the Paris Bar, she graduated with honors with a Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE from University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas, after having obtained with distinction a Diploma in Legal Studies from the Oxford Law Faculty.

Séverine speaks English fluently.
