Jason Hsu is Of Counsel in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where his practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate finance.
Jason has experience representing institutional lenders and investors in the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the acquisition and refinancing of hotels, office buildings, multi-family housing complexes, and mixed-use projects located throughout the United States.
Jason has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Real Estate Law since 2021.
He received his Juris Doctor in 2014 from Fordham University. He also received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 2009.
