Rosie Maguire is an English qualified associate based in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Rosie has a broad range of corporate transactional experience both in the U.K. and overseas, with a primary focus on private equity and private M&A.
She has considerable experience advising a range of private equity houses and corporate clients, on various transactions across all sections of the investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, subscriptions and restructurings.
Rosie read Law at Durham University and graduated with honours in 2014.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Rosie was an associate in the private equity team at Goodwin Procter in London.
