Andreas Mildner is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is part of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition practice.
Andreas focuses on European and German antitrust law as well as the regulatory aspects of foreign investments (FDI). He has assisted clients from different sectors, including (digital) technology, energy, infrastructure, life science and logistics.
Andreas studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and the National University of Singapore. After passing the first state exam in Hamburg in 2016, he worked as a research assistant in capital markets law at an international law firm in Frankfurt and obtained his doctorate (Dr. iur) from the University of Cologne (2020). Andreas completed his legal clerkship and second state exam in Hessen in 2022 and has since been admitted as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt).
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Andreas was an associate in the antitrust and FDI practice of a renowned U.S. law firm in Frankfurt and Brussels.
