Yasmine Odeh is an associate based in the Riyadh office of Gibson Dunn and is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions group.
Yasmine has experience advising clients on various forms of acquisitions, investments, representing local and international parties, including conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating the requisite transaction documents.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Yasmine was a corporate associate in an international law firm.
Yasmine completed her law degree at Newcastle University before completing her master’s degree at BPP University. Yasmine is a native Arabic speaker and is also fluent in English.
Representative Experience*
- Ooredoo Group on its proposed joint venture with Zain and TASC Towers to create the largest tower company in the MENA region valued at USD 2.2 billion, with the scope of work limited to conducting due diligence and advising on regulatory matters relating to the Jordanian, Iraqi and UAE entities.
- IoT Squared, a subsidiary of STC group, in relation to its proposed purchase of the entire share capital of MachinesTalk, one of the largest Saudi companies in the IoT domain.
- A Saudi asset management company on their acquisition of 56.1% of the share capital in a Saudi company which operates in the “car rental & auto leasing” sector.
- Foursan in relation to its acquisition of a minority stake in Medjool Village, Jordan’s largest vertically-integrated grower, packer and exporter of Medjool dates with export markets including the UK, Europe, Middle East, and South Asia.
- Foursan in relation to its acquisition of 60% stake in New Vision for Electronics and Electrical Appliances, the official agent and distributor of LG electronics in Jordan.
- An independent financial innovation incubator, accelerator and venture studio in Jordan, on its various investments in digital and AI start-ups in multiple jurisdictions.
