BIOGRAPHY

Clémence Pugnet is an associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she serves as member of the following Practice Groups : Technology Transactions, Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Innovation, Strategic Sourcing and Commercial Transactions and Media, Entertainment and Technology.

Ms. Pugnet assists national and international clients of various industry sectors on complex matters mainly related to information technology, personal data protection, electronic communications and e-commerce.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn in July 2018, Ms. Pugnet worked as an associate in the Telecoms, Media & Technology Department of a major French law firm.

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2017, she holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Master from the Grande École program of EDHEC Business School.

Ms. Pugnet is fluent in English and French.
