BIOGRAPHY
Chris Puttock is an associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Innovation and Technology Transactions Practice Groups.
He has experience in a range of transactional practice areas including advising clients on IT and BPO outsourcing transactions, complex commercial transactions and the technology and commercial aspects of cross-border corporate transactions.
