BIOGRAPHY

Alicia Shi is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (New York) in Hong Kong and is an associate. She is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group.

Ms. Shi focuses on advising Asia-based private fund sponsors on the formation of private investment funds and related regulatory and compliance issues.

Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate in the Hong Kong office of Weil Gotshal.

Ms. Shi received her LL.B. degree from University of International Business and Economics in 2011.  She earned an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School in 2016, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar.  She is admitted to practice in New York and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (New York) in Hong Kong.

She is fluent in Mandarin.
