Abi Yussuf is an English qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the Finance Practice Group.
Abi has experience acting on a broad range of matters, with specific experience advising sponsors, borrowers, lenders and agents on a range of cross-border acquisition finance, refinance and infrastructure financing transactions.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Abi qualified and practiced as an associate in the London office of a global US law firm. She received her undergraduate degree in International Development & Economics from King’s College London and her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course from the BPP University.
