Recently quoted in the Arabian Gulf Business Insight (registration required) article “Dubai Is Winning the Crypto Race as Singapore Clamps Down,” Singapore partner Hagen Rooke downplayed talk of an exodus, noting that while the Singapore government “doesn’t promote crypto as a strategic priority in the way some other jurisdictions do, MAS [the Monetary Authority of Singapore] continues to license credible players.”
