San Francisco partner Allison Kidd was named to the 2023 GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum Women of Influence, which honors “women who have made their mark in commercial real estate through many praise-worthy accomplishments.” The list was published on July 27, 2023.
Allison Kidd’s practice includes a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions. She represents private equity funds, institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, REITs, developers and operators in all areas of real estate, including acquisitions, permanent and construction financing (mortgage and mezzanine), joint ventures, dispositions and work-outs.
