From access to thousands of hours of training content through LinkedIn Learning to customized trainings created in-house, our Learning & Development team strives to provide a variety of opportunities for staff members to develop new and existing skills. For more in-depth, specialized study, we also provide each staff member with an annual Tuition Assistance budget to help supplement the cost of additional professional education.
Whether it is the first day or fortieth year with the Firm, our team prioritizes creating a supportive, inclusive experience for all. New hires can expect a variety of integration resources including an individually assigned buddy, better known as a Gibson Guide. Beyond integration, staff receive regular opportunities to connect with colleagues and contribute to firm culture by providing updates and feedback through check-in calls.
