Washington, D.C. partner Elizabeth Ising was selected as a 2024 Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) Rainmaker. Elizabeth Ising is co-chair of the firm’s Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance and its Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) practices. Elizabeth advises clients, including public companies and their boards of directors, on corporate governance, securities law and, ESG and sustainability matters and executive compensation best practices and disclosures.
