Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Jesse Myers has joined the firm’s Houston office as a partner. Myers, formerly a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, will continue his private equity and capital markets practice at Gibson Dunn.

About Jesse Myers
Myers focuses his practice on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets matters. He regularly represents buyers and sellers in public and private mergers and acquisitions and issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings.
Before joining Gibson Dunn, Myers was a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Previously, he was a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP.
Myers graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law, summa cum laude in 2007, where he was also elected to the Order of the Coif and served as research editor for the Tennessee Law Review.
