Gibson Dunn advised Velaris Therapeutics, a privately held biotechnology company advancing a pipeline of potentially transformative therapies for pulmonary arterial hypertension and related cardiopulmonary diseases, on its sale to Alaunos Therapeutics and on a concurrent private placement expected to fund the combined company’s operations into 2029.
