Gibson Dunn Enhances Infrastructure Platform with Public Law Partner Dorothée Griveaux in Paris

Gibson Dunn is pleased to announce that Dorothée Griveaux is joining the firm’s Paris office as a public law partner, enhancing the firm’s capabilities in its market-leading Infrastructure Group. Dorothée will advise Gibson Dunn’s clients on public law and regulatory matters. She arrives accompanied by an associate, Marceau Debaille.

About Dorothée Griveaux
Dorothée’s experience includes advising on greenfield and brownfield projects involving all types of assets in the energy and infrastructure sectors; her practice is particularly focused on complex public contracts (concessions, partnership agreements) for public facilities or infrastructure projects in the transport, energy, and telecommunications sectors. She regularly assists public entities, sponsors
(investment funds or industrial companies) and lenders in large-scale projects.
She recently worked on the renewal of the Stade de France concession, as well as on several cases relating to the opening of rail transport to competition and the financing of rolling stock. Dorothée also handles litigation, particularly in regulated sectors.
