Gibson Dunn Expands Premier Antitrust Practice with Brussels Partner Adam Dawson

Gibson Dunn announced today that Adam Dawson has joined the firm’s Brussels office as a partner in its Antitrust and Competition Practice Group.
Adam brings extensive experience in merger control and foreign investment screening, having advised clients on complex global transactions and coordinated filings across multiple jurisdictions.
