Gibson Dunn Hires Former Blackstone Europe Real Estate Lawyer Angus Lennox

Gibson Dunn announced today that private equity and M&A partner Angus Lennox has joined the Real Estate Practice Group in London as the firm builds on its pan-European growth.
Angus’ practice involves advising financial sponsor clients on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and platform deals. He regularly advises on some of the most significant real estate transactions in Europe, bringing a deep combination of experience from his time in private practice and as a Managing Director in Blackstone Europe’s Real Estate Group.
The appointment underscores Gibson Dunn’s continued investment in its premier real estate platform, with a particular focus on expanding its equity-side offering in London and Europe.

Angus joins a London Real Estate team that continues to expand across both debt and equity. On the debt side, the firm added leading finance partners Rob Carr and, most recently, Mark Manson-Bahr. On the equity side, the team added Hayden Cameron and Chris Slack, bringing significant depth in fund-related real estate transactions, including secondaries and continuation vehicles.
