German publication Kanzleimonitor 2023/2024 ranked Gibson Dunn among the top law firms overall in Germany. The recommendations are based on a survey of in-house counsel. Gibson Dunn was also named among the leading law firms in Germany for Antitrust, Banking Law, Compliance, Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Stock Corporation and Group Law. Munich partner Lutz Englisch was listed among the top 100 lawyers in Germany and among the leading lawyers in Germany for Corporate Law, M&A and Stock Corporation and Group Law. Munich partner Ferdinand Fromholzer was ranked among the leading lawyers for Stock Corporation and Group Law. The survey is based on 9,044 recommendations from heads of legal departments and division heads within those departments at 589 companies in 29 industries. It was published by Deutsches Institut fuer Rechtsabteilungen und Unternehmensjuristen (diruj) in October 2023.
