Gibson Dunn leads The Texas Lawbook’s (subscription required) Corporate Deal Tracker rankings through the first half of 2026 for Texas-led deals of more than $1 billion, representing $388.7 billion in deals. This is more than double the value of the nearest competitor and includes six billion-plus transactions where we represented a principal.
Gibson Dunn also leads in Texas-related deals of more than $1 billion for the first half of 2026, representing $391.9 billion in value across eight deals.
